- Individual subscriptions are processed through mobile app stores.
- Organization subscriptions are processed through an external payment processor.
- We do not store full payment card details.

We retain data as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and legitimate business operations.
When accounts are deleted, some organization-related records may be retained for organization continuity, auditability, and compliance requirements.
