  • Individual subscriptions are processed through mobile app stores.
  • Organization subscriptions are processed through an external payment processor.
  • We do not store full payment card details.

6. Data Retention

We retain data as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and legitimate business operations.

When accounts are deleted, some organization-related records may be retained for organization continuity, auditability, and compliance requirements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No system is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
