Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: February 15, 2026

Last Updated: May 14, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Spraybook (including the mobile app, web portal, and related services), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Spraybook.

2. Service Scope

Spraybook provides digital spray record tools for individual users and organizations.

  • Mobile app: create, edit, delete, export records, and add supported image attachments to records.
  • Web portal: organization management, team visibility, attachment viewing, and export workflows.
  • White-labeled exports: available for eligible organization plans via the web portal.

3. Accounts, Tiers, and Roles

Spraybook accounts may be on free, legacy, pro, or org tier.

  • Org users are associated with an organization and have an org role (owner or member).
  • Organization owners/admins manage organization membership, permissions, and plan access.
  • Members are managed under the organization plan and do not independently manage organization billing.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Individual subscriptions: purchased in-app through Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Organization subscriptions: managed externally by organization owners/admins through organization billing tools.
  • Spraybook supports individual in-app subscriptions and organization business plans that are managed or upgraded externally by organization owners/admins.
  • Subscription pricing, currency, tax treatment, and renewal terms may vary by jurisdiction and billing setup.
  • Where applicable, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the relevant billing channel.

5. Organization Features and Access

  • Organization owners may create organizations, invite members, add/remove users, and manage roles and settings in the web portal.
  • Organization owners may view all organization entries in the mobile app and web portal, and can export organization records.
  • White-labeled exports are available only for eligible organization plans via the web portal.
  • Organization members have feature access based on the active organization plan and role permissions.

6. Data, Exports, and Backups

You are responsible for maintaining your own business records and compliance obligations. We perform routine backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, zero data loss, or successful restoration in every case.

Records may include text, structured operational data, and supported image attachments. Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, exports may not include every attachment or media item associated with a record.

All users and organizations should regularly export and independently back up important records and attachments.

7. Image Attachments and User Content

Spraybook may allow users to upload images as supporting evidence for spray records, such as site photos, product labels, application context, or related field notes. You are responsible for the images and other content you upload, including ensuring you have the right to upload and store that content.

  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, confidential, or inappropriate content.
  • Do not upload images that contain personal information or third-party confidential information unless you have a lawful basis and required permissions.
  • Image attachments are supplementary record evidence. The primary compliance record remains the structured spray record you create in Spraybook.
  • For organization records, authorized organization owners, admins, or members may be able to view record attachments according to their role permissions.
  • Attachments linked to organization records may remain available to the organization after the uploading user leaves the organization or deletes their personal account, subject to applicable law and our retention practices.

8. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
  • Use Spraybook in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Do not share accounts or bypass role, plan, or security restrictions.
  • Verify operational decisions independently; Spraybook outputs and weather inputs are assistive tools only.

9. Third-Party Services

Spraybook relies on third-party providers for infrastructure and supporting operations, including Google Cloud for core hosting and data infrastructure, and external providers for billing, communications, and analytics. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or failures caused by such third-party services.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spraybook is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Spraybook is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, compliance penalties, and loss of records/data.

Spraybook's aggregate liability for all claims related to the service is capped at the fees paid by you (or your organization, as applicable) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably required, including for security, billing, misuse, or material breaches of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, subject to mandatory laws that apply in your jurisdiction.
